The Alaska Fund Trust Webathon for Governor Palin

Hi all:

It begins June 15. And continues through June 22. This post will stay at the top of my blog for the week. Scroll down for new videos and keep checking the graphic on the right for the progress of the fundraising.

Here's the full 3:30 video announcing the purpose of the Webathon:

Go ahead and check out C4P, it's a great resource with lots of info., witty posters and commentators (click "Comments" at the bottom of posts), and a creative, upbeat view of America.

If you are able to donate to the Alaska Fund Trust, remember to email C4P your donation amount so they can fill up the Alaska state graphic.

I also want to make you aware of www.FireDavidLetterman.com, which has over 5,500 signatures for their petition and are having a protest outside the Ed Sullivan Theater in NYC Tuesday June 16 from 4:30 to 7:30 in protest of his continued vulgar comments about the Palin women.

Alaska Fund Trust Webathon Day 5

Hi all:

We've crossed $100,000! That's pretty neat considering the maximum donation is $150, which means we need an awful lot of donors to reach this number.

If you consider that many legal defense funds have a max of $5,000 or $10,000, you'd need only 20 or 10 donors to get to $100K. But at $150 - whew!! And probably not everyone is even giving the max.

So thanks to the many grassroots supporters out there who are giving what they can!

Here's today's video, entitled "Arctic Cat:"

Donate if you can.

Check out the banner on the left; we're making progress!

Here's today's video entitled "Nice Try":

C4P Webathon for Governor Palin's Legal Debts Day 2

Hi all:

Check out the graphic to the right; we're at 11% with 6 days to go!

Here's the 36-second Day 2 video entitled "Food and a Hockey Stick:"

This refers to her speech at the Evansville, Indiana Right to Life annual banquet which I've posted here.

Unbelievable the pettiness of some people. But let's make sure they're not effective with this tactic. Donate if you can. And if you do, please email the C4P site so they can add your contribution to fill up the Alaska state graphic!
